Case
Consultant
Under the supervision of the Director of Inside Operations,
Case Consultants provide support and assistance to program
recipients. Generally, case consultants monitor and
respond to program recipients rental repair needs.
Primary
Responsibilities:
- Collect
fees owed by clients.
- Conduct
weekly inspections of clients' units.
- Conduct
Move-Out/In Inspection Reports, as needed.
- Write
and submit work order requests, as needed.
- Conduct
unit lock outs, as needed.
- Accurately
advise program recipients on completing the program
for continued success.
- Conduct
a client's needs assessment.
- Respond
to individual client problems, concerns, and questions
within 24 hours.
- Enforce
all policies and procedures set forth by the Rental
Repair Agreement.
- Performs
all other duties as assigned or apparent.
- Applicants
must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including
weekends and holidays.
Required
Qualifications:
- Must
live on property.
- Ability
to communicate effectively: orally and written.
- Proven
basic math, reading, and writing skills.
- Proven
problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Computer
skills (i.e. Windows, Word, E-mail, Internet).
- Ability
to stand on feet for long periods of time.

Ability to work in the heat for long periods of time.
- Multi-tasking
capabilities.
- Must
be able to negotiate several flights of stairs.
- Access
to a registered and insured working vehicle.
- Demonstrate
an acceptable level of maturity, good judgment and
emotional stability.
Educational
Requirement:
Experience
Requirements:
- A
minimum of six months of Customer Service or Human
Services experience.
- Light
clerical experience preferred.
