Why would I need OSC/One Step Closer, Inc.?

When you can't rent an apartment due to bad credit, eviction, judgements, bankruptcy, and legal issues. It is frustrating, time consuming, and very costly to search for an apartment. OSC/One Step Closer, Inc. will rent an apartment to you and help you re-establish your credit to prepare you for a new home.

How do I sign up?

There are two options. You can give us a call at (602) 393-4400 to make an appointment to speak with an Intake Specialist, or simply visit our corporate office at 4222 N. 12th Street, Suite 200, Phoenix, AZ 85014. Our Intake Specialist will review the progam with you and will answer any questions you might have. Check out the steps of one of are programs, for additional information.

How much does it cost?

It depends on which program you're enrolling in. Your Intake Specialist will conduct a needs analysis and place you in a program best suited to your needs. Remember, our programs were created to help you re-establish your credit to make you credit worthy for a new home!

I don't have bad credit. I have a legal issue. Can you help?

Absolutely. Our services are open to everyone. Our knowledgeable staff can direct you to the program that can help you rebuild your life.

Do you provide housing in other cities or states?

Not at this time. However, we are considering expanding our operations to Tuscon due to the number of requests that we receive and the demand for affordable housing.
